Friday, May 13th, is prom. The theme of this year’s prom is “A Garden of Eden.” For some, it can be a stressful time of the school year because of trying to figure out what you’re going to wear, what time you’re going to go, or if you’re even going at all. 

This year’s prom will be held at the Meridian Banquets in Rolling Meadows and will be taking place from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. However, check-ins start at 6:30 pm, so make sure to show up early if you want to be admitted inside. In addition,  if you do not show up for check-ins, the school will call home to let your parents know of your absence. Finally, if you wish to attend prom, you must be present at school that day. 

An FYI: There will be major repercussions for any students involved in drug or alcohol use during the time of this important event. Parents will be immediately called if their child is caught with either drugs or alcohol, resulting in disciplinary consequences to include potential police referrals. Be safe and have fun, Mustangs!
