Guys, we have a serious problem. The cookies at school used to be so cheap. Like, back in 2022, they were ONLY 25 CENTS. But guess what? Now, in 2024, they cost ONE WHOLE DOLLAR. That’s FOUR TIMES the price!! This is basically the worst thing to ever happen in school history.  Senior John Lisy expressed the pain of the students: “Back in my freshman year, cookies were just $0.25, now I have to spend a ban on cookies!”  

And it’s not just the price. The cookies aren’t even good anymore. Some are raw. Some are burnt. Some taste like cardboard. But not everyone is upset. Junior Nikolai Polus said, “I still think they are sold at a good price.” Okay, Nikolai. Sure. Maybe you’re rich. Maybe you just don’t care about cookie justice like the rest of us. At this point, we have two choices: accept the expensive, bad cookies… or fight for cheaper, better cookies. What will we do?? Only time will tell.
